Starsky and a Hutch are a lovely, gentle pair of 15 year old boys. Very sadly, their devoted owner died and so they have come into ARC’s care for rehoming. Starsky is black and Hutch is ginger. Their owner was very insistent the cats are homed together so we are looking for a home that will take the pair. They are the most friendly and sweet natured boys, who will be a wonderful addition to their new home.
Despite being 15 years old, both the boys are a good weight and seem in good health. Our vet noted a build up of tartar on Starsky’s teeth but she does not feel he needs a dental at the moment. The boys are neutered and microchipped and we have had them fleaed, wormed and given their first vaccination. If you are willing to take these lovely boys on, ARC is willing to cover the veterinary costs of any age related conditions that may develop providing the cats are seen at Twickenham Vetrinary Surgery where ARC has an account. New owners would be responsible for the cats’ flea and worm treatment, vaccinations, food and any veterinary bills caused as the result of an accident.
Both are lovely lap cats. Starsky took while to settle in and initially hid in the cupboard and was wary. He likes his strokes but on his terms. He’s very interested in food and will join you whenever you are eating, hoping to get a tasty morsel.
Hutch is the more confident and always wants to come up on your lap for a stroke or cuddle. When he first arrived at his foster home he strolled around the place like he owned it. He’s a very loving boy. A wonderful pair.
