Oreo is a 6 year old black and white remake who has been living in someone’s garden for some time. Another rescue went to her aid and took her to a foster home so that she was not outside in the garden during all the Diwali and November 5th fireworks. Oreo is chipped but all efforts to find her owner have failed so we have concluded she had been abandoned.
Oreo is a friendly girl but, when she is first moved and unsure, she will swish her tail and give you a warning bite (not to break the skin). However, she is quickly reassured and settles well once she knows you.
From Oreo’s microchip we were able to find out her name and birthdate . Oreo has been health checked at our vet, been wormed, fleaed and begun her vaccination course. We believe Oreo is spayed but new owners should keep an eye on her and alert us immediately should she display any signs of going into season. In the unlikely event this happens, ARC would cover the cost of her spay at Twickenham Veterinary Surgery.
