* 03/02/26: 14 of the 18 now adopted, and the remaining 4 from the second litter are now available *
We recently took in 26 baby rats from a lady who had purchased rats from a pet shop who were mis-sexed resulting in two litters.
The remaining 4 of the 18 females are now looking for their new homes.
They will only be homed in pairs if joining an existing group, minimum group size if you don’t have rats they can join is 4.
They’ll need a large cage with an enriching set up that must include plenty of climbing opportunities, things to chew, plenty of bedding and a good quality food mix from rat rations or similar.
We often have carry cases & bonding cages available to purchase if needed and sometimes cages.
