Melon is a Rex x who was found as a stray and handed into a local vet. Melon is very inquisitive and loves to race out into the garden, climb the highest trees and explore on adventures but always comes home with a skip in her step and chirrups greetings when called. She has met other cats on her adventures and has not had positive interactions with neighbours cats so far. She loves to be around her fosterer but is also independent and when she has had enough of playing, she will take herself off to her own bedroom! She is always thrilled to greet her fosterer when she comes home and is a joy to have around. Melon started as a lap cat but has, now that she has settled, has become more keen to do her own thing now, so she may come back to lap life or she may stay doing whatever she chooses! Her coat is unique and has yet to shed in my home, so that is another bonus with her. Melon is an unusual character, shy initially then loves a game. She is a mischievous, adorable sweetheart!
