Touzel and Flossie (ginger) are two adorable sows around 1.5 years old, who were surrendered to ARC in February 2023 after their owner sadly died.

Unfortunately at some point before coming to ARC Touzel experienced a trauma leaving her with a degree of paralysis to her rear legs.

Fortunately Touzel’s essential functions such as her gut and ability to pass droppings are intact.  Touzel is bright as a button and gets around just fine, with her pal Flossie. They both love their food and especially hay, and enjoy life in their special soft floor home.  Touzel is under medical care and is regularly assessed.  Both girls are very content and living a comfortable life. The girls are not up for adoption as they are sanctuary piggies and will remain under ARC’s care.
